Suggested itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Documentation, briefing and equipment review.

Day 2: Travel to Skardu

Flight or road contingency.

Day 3: Skardu logistics

Permit and cargo preparation.

Day 4: Drive to Askole

Begin the Baltoro approach.

Day 5: Trek to base camp

Staged approach via Paiju, Urdukas, Goro and Concordia.

Day 6: Base camp setup

Establish the expedition system.

Day 7: Acclimatization phase

Rotations and rest as directed by the expedition leader.

Day 8: Summit window

Weather-dependent high-altitude period with no summit guarantee.

Day 9: Base-camp closure

Remove equipment and waste according to the plan.

Day 10: Trek out

Return to Askole.

Day 11: Skardu and Islamabad

Transport buffers and departure.
